We are excited to announce that our payment system has been upgraded successfully to provide a more secure and convenient experience for our customers!
As part of this upgrade, all customers who were enrolled in Auto Pay with a credit or debit card will be required to re-enroll. If you are enrolled with ACH, no action is needed. All saved payment methods with a credit or debit card were also removed. You may now create new wallet items to be used as a saved payment method or as an automatic payment method.

Do you want to receive
eBills? Once logged in, select “I want to change my communication preferences” under
User Profile, and select "edit" under Correspondence. You
may elect to receive one or both the paper statements AND eBills.
Keep your contact information current and
save SiEnergy to your email contact list to help receive notifications from
SiEnergy.
Do you want to set up automatic payments? Once logged in, select “I want to Set Up AutoPay", and select “Payment Type” and enter your card or banking information. Recurring ACH draft payment services have no processing fees. All returned checks and draft payments are subject to a $35.00 fee.
All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee and all online check payments are subject to a $1.00 convenience fee.
When making an online payment, please do not "refresh" or leave the page while the payment is being processed.
